Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in recipe and menu development
* Handling meats, fish, and a variety of ingredients
* Maintaining food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
* Assisting with general kitchen operations as required
Pay & Holiday Entitlement (Pre-AWR):
* Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
* Holiday Entitlement: Accrued in line with agency policy (typically 28 days pro-rata)
* Payment Frequency: Weekly (every Friday into your nominated bank account)
* Notice Period: None required, though professional notice is appreciated
