The Role:
As a Graduate Intern – Bid and Tender Support, you will support our experienced bid writers in preparing successful responses to NHS and social care tenders. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for writing, research, and health and social care policy.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research into commissioning bodies, health policies, and service specifications
*
Assist in drafting and editing written responses for tender submissions
*
Support bid library management, case study development, and document formatting
*
Ensure submissions are compliant, well-structured, and deadline-ready
*
Help coordinate timelines, content contributions, and submission logistics
*
Keep up to date with policy changes and best practices in the sector
Requirements:
Essential:
*
Recent graduate or final-year student in Public Health, English, Social Policy, Health and Social Care, or similar
*
Excellent written communication and grammar skills
*
Strong research and analytical skills
*
Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-driven
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
*
A genuine interest in health, social care, and public service improvement
Desirable:

Experience in academic or professional writing (e.g., essays, blogs, reports)

Awareness of NHS or local authority commissioning processes
*
Team collaboration or project-based writing experience
