The law firm has a large office in London and other locations throughout the UK. The firm turnover is in excess of £100 million and they recently opened office across the North of England. They have a growing Real Estate team and are now keen to speak to junior lawyers to work in Leeds.
Job Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Supporting the Head of Property in Leeds
4. Providing expert legal advice on a range of real estate matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals and corporate occupier work.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Supporting on marketing and business development
The Successful Applicant
The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;
7. Be a Solicitor between 1- 6 years PQE
8. Proven expertise in real estate law and property transactions.
9. Likely to be coming from a large regional, national or international law firm
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Strong academics
12. Ties to Yorkshire
13. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
14. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
