We're working exclusively with a fast-growing ecommerce business to find a CRM Campaign Manager for their marketing team.
This company has built a customer base of over 1.3 million and continues to grow rapidly. CRM is a core revenue channel, and they're looking for someone who can manage high-volume, multi-channel campaigns with confidence and precision.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push. This is a hands‑on position with a strong operational focus.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and deploying multiple daily campaigns across channels
* Managing end‑to‑end campaign delivery: briefing, segmentation, build, QA, send, and reporting
* Running structured A/B tests and feeding learnings back into the campaign calendar
* Collaborating with brand, compliance, and trading teams to ensure messaging is on point and compliant
* Maintaining accuracy and consistency across a high volume of activity
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience running CRM campaigns in a high-volume environment (ecommerce, gaming, subscriptions, or similar)
* Confidence working with segmentation and customer data
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance
* Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions
* Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive is a plus
* Experience in regulated environments (ASA, CAP Code) is useful but not essential
