About The Role
We are looking for an experienced, well‑organised, and personable PA to support the work of our CEO and Founder. This is a role that will involve management of diaries, meetings and travel but also to support in the general administration and operational tasks associated with a busy CEO.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support and assistance in a professional, confidential manner.
* Provide calendar management, including liaising with external parties, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries. Recording details in calendars and communicating accordingly.
* Organise and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
* Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; prioritise and respond for the CEO when appropriate.
* Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute‑taking, and distribution of notes.
* Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and track deadlines for key projects and deliverables.
* Undertake research and compile information to support decision‑making and strategic initiatives.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and senior executives.
* Oversee procurement of resources required by the CEO.
* Manage inbox where required, ensuring prioritisation and timely responses.
* Administer relevant communication and data in our customer records.
* Provide occasional personal assistance, including managing personal appointments and running errands as needed.
* Support the CEO in all aspects of administrative duties, including confidential meetings such as Senior Management Team and Advisory Board sessions.
* Always handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Skills & Experience
* 1-2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
* Exceptional administrative and task‑management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and IT systems.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

What You’ll Get
* Salary equivalent to £27 000 in a full‑time position.
* 16 hours over a minimum of 4 days per week, open to discussion and agreement.
