Therapeutic Residential Children’s Support Worker Oxford, £16.00–£18.00/hr Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapeutic Residential Children’s Support Worker to join our team in Oxford, providing specialised care and support to children and young people with autism, learning differences, and complex needs in residential settings. As a therapeutic support worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that fosters emotional well-being, independence, and social development.
