Early Careers Co-ordinator
This role is part of our Early Careers team and supports the development of our Veterinary Nurse Apprentices. You’ll play a key role in managing programme administration, onboarding, and learner progress—ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for our apprentices.
This is a fixed term contract for 6 months
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and Administer our Veterinary Nurse Apprenticeship Programme and wider Early Careers activities
* Manage learner records, enrolment, onboarding, and reporting
* Act as the first point of contact for apprentice and provider queries
* Build strong relationships with training providers and internal teams
* Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
* Assist with invoice queries and maintain programme documentation
What you’ll bring
* Previous experience of coordinating a high-volume Apprenticeship programme, ideally in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling data
* Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success
