The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging Drama lessons that develop students’ confidence, creativity, and appreciation for theatre and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Encourage students to explore acting, improvisation, script work, and technical theatre skills.
* Monitor and assess student progress in line with school and exam board expectations.
* Organise and support extracurricular drama productions and activities.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment.

Requirements:
* Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with UK QTS is essential.
* Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or related field.
* Experience teaching Drama at secondary level.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel).
