This household based in SW London is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support a UHNW individual in a private household. on a Part Time basis for 2 days a week. This is a varied and dynamic role requiring a candidate who can anticipate needs, manage a range of tasks efficiently, and bring a calm, can-do attitude to a busy and fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing personal calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
• Booking travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
• Handling personal correspondence and phone calls
• Running errands and managing household shopping
• Liaising with household staff, contractors, and service providers
• Organising events, dinners, and private functions
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Light administrative tasks including filing, budgeting, and expenses
• Assisting with personal projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Private PA or similar role in a private household
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
• Tech-savvy and confident with email, calendars, and cloud-based systems
• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Flexible, intuitive, and solution-focused
