Commercial Insurance Director
Our clients are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Director to join our senior leadership team in Newcastle.
The Role:
In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Branch Director and lead a team of talented Account Executives.
Your focus will be on driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Manage and grow a profitable commercial book of business.
* Drive strategic initiatives to expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Support the Branch Director in achieving business goals and ensuring compliance.
Key Requirements:
* Senior-level experience within the commercial insurance sector.
* Proven leadership and team development skills.
* Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
* A successful track record of business growth and client retention.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
* Relevant qualifications (Cert CII / Dip CII) are advantageous.
