The team is Tier 1 ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, providing quality work for both national and international clients. You’ll work on complex employment, HR, and business immigration matters for private and listed companies across various sectors, including manufacturing, food and drink, technology, sport, retail, healthcare, and education. Recent examples include:
* Advising Hovis on diversity initiatives, recruitment, disputes, industrial action, and union negotiations.
* Advising British Steel on a significant strike affecting operations and workforce management following a proposed blast furnace closure.
* Advising Watford FC on the appointment of head coach Slaven Bilić, including securing FA endorsement.
