Shifts: Monday - Friday: 7.45am - 5pm Salary: £26,780 per annum Benefits include: Permanent position following a qualifying period No weekend work Free site parking Day-to-day duties: As a Customer Support Administrator, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Process customer orders via email and phone Provide customer support with products offering solutions Handling complex customer complaints ensuring a resolution is provided Maintaining accurate records and updating databases Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence Supporting the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks Contacting customers to request outstanding payments and purchase orders Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Essential skills: To be successful as a Customer Support Administrator Administrator, you will need: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail and accuracy The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively A professional and proactive attitude Desirable skills: Previous administration experience or experience in a related field Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Training: Full training will be provided, with additional support throughout.
