Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the CQC-rated 'Good' Community Mental Health Team at Arndale House in Dartford.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including Psychiatry, Psychology and Nursing professionals.
* Typing letters and reports via BigHand (audio) and/or copy typing.
* Minuting meetings.
* Using the patient record system RiO (training provided).
* Taking phone calls and managing the admin mailbox.
* Booking and supporting clinic appointments.
* Some analytical work in supporting the team to achieve KPIs and Trust targets.
* Ordering of stationery and other items via SBS (training provided).
* Contact with patients, carers, relatives and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Ideally educated to GCSE standard, with A–C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous administrative experience, including minute-taking, with excellent typing skills and telephone manner.
Additional information
High Cost Area (HCA) allowance applies for this post in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley: 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,258 and a maximum of £2,121 per month (annual amount divided into 12 equal payments).
