Our commitment is to provide fast access, flexible scheduling, and personalised, consultant-led care.**How you’ll help us make health happen:**As NVH Hospital Director, you will lead the strategic and operational management of New Victoria Hospital, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. You will inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and uphold our reputation for excellence.**Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and outstanding patient care.* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including CQC requirements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.* Manage hospital budgets, financial targets, and cost control, while driving revenue growth.* Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting collaboration and inclusivity.* Build strong relationships with consultants, patients, and external partners to enhance service delivery.* Support the implementation of new technologies and care models to improve patient outcomes.* Promote the hospital’s reputation for specialist care and service.* Fulfil the role of Registered Manager as per regulatory expectations.* Engage with Provider Collaboratives and external stakeholders.**Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:****We’re looking for a leader with:*** Proven leadership experience in healthcare management, ideally within private hospital settings.* Strong understanding of clinical governance, healthcare regulations, and financial management.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to lead change and drive performance across diverse teams.* Clinical background in general healthcare services.* Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operations within a healthcare organisation.* Experience in the Independent Healthcare sector is highly desirable.**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
