* The appointed solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and support to stakeholders across complex advisory matters and contentious disputes, including participation in Employment Tribunal cases.
* The ideal employment solicitor will have at least 3 years' PQE, a proven track record in handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters, strong advocacy skills, confidence in managing tribunal claims, and professionalism in client relations.
