This role will:Play a leading role in our Transformation team, which is part of the Group Strategy and Transformation Division.Oversee the BBC’s transformation and project portfolio.Provide data, reporting, and insights to senior decision-makers and governance bodies.Support leadership and capability development in project and change management.Shape and communicate a clear transformation narrative across the organisation.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver the BBC’s strategic vision.Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role works collaboratively across the BBC.WHY JOIN THE TEAMThe Transformation Team drives all critical projects and corporate-level change across the BBC.
