Your Role
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be an essential member of our client's Construction Team. Reporting to a Construction Package Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing multidisciplinary site supervision for construction activities.
* Acting as a pivotal team member responsible for the successful delivery of assigned work packages.
* Occasionally deputising for Construction Package Project Managers or other supervisors as needed.
* Contributing expertise to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards within timelines.
* Collaborating on pre-construction and active construction phases, ensuring seamless transition to Asset Management teams.
Key Skills
* Onshore Wind Expertise: A strong understanding of onshore wind farm construction processes and challenges.
* Construction Management: The ability to oversee and guide multidisciplinary teams on-site effectively.
