The Role
You will play a key role in the delivery of commercial office projects, working across a diverse portfolio including:
* Commercial workplace developments
* Listed building retrofit and refurbishment schemes
* CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs
* Design-led refurbishment and repositioning projects
The successful candidate will be confident leading projects through technical delivery stages while maintaining strong design quality from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support projects acrossRIBA Stages 0–7, with a strong focus onStages 3–5
* Develop coordinated technical packages and detailed design information
* Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
* Maintain high design standards throughout project delivery
* Produce and oversee high-quality drawing and presentation outputs
Requirements
* Qualified Architect withARB registration(preferred)
* Proven experience working on commercial office projects
* Strong background in listed buildings, retrofit, and workplace fit-outs
* Excellent technical knowledge and delivery experience at RIBA Stages 3–5
* Working knowledge of all RIBA stages
* Proficiency inRevit or MicroStation
* A portfolio demonstrating outstanding design ability and beautifully presented imagery
* Strong communication and coordination skills
