Strategy & Performance Analyst
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (38.75 hours per week)
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 from home)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This is not a back-office analyst role. As a Strategy & Performance Analyst at Dignity, you'll sit at the heart of the business, helping senior leaders understand how we're performing, why it's happening, and where we should focus next.
Working closely with the Director of Performance, you'll turn complex commercial, operational and customer data into clear, meaningful insight that directly informs decisions made by the CEO and senior leadership team.
