As a Staff Nurse in Pre-Assessment at Ipswich Hospital, you must be registered with the appropriate governing body (e.g., NMC) and have relevant post-registration experience. Your passion for patient care is essential.
As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering matron-led care within a consultant-led service
* Collaborating with a skilled team to make accurate assessments
* Understanding and supporting the needs of patients and their families
* Providing comfort, reassurance, and high standards of care
* Gaining experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities
* Working alongside practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity of care
