A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join their busy and growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable individual with civil litigation experience to develop their career in a supportive, professional environment. The Role You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver clear, practical legal advice. Key responsibilities: Managing your own caseload of general civil litigation files Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements Attending court hearings and negotiating settlements where appropriate Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements The Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently.
