The Opportunity: TheCRM Manager leads the implementation, optimisation, and management of Hendy Groups Salesforce Automotive Cloud platform to create a single customer view. They develop automated lifecycle journeys, advanced segmentation, and targeted campaigns in collaboration with Group and Regional Marketing teams, supported by strong data quality. The role drives deeper customer insight, improved retention and loyalty, and enhanced revenue through whole-life customer engagement. Role responsibilities will include: Lead the implementation and strategic development of Salesforce Automotive Cloud, ensuring full onboarding, configuration, and SCV data mapping across Hendy Group. Design and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys(acquisition, retention, loyalty, recovery, and re-engagement) with advanced segmentation and tailored journeys for key customer groups. Oversee data quality and integrity, guiding the Data Quality Specialist, defining data standards, and ensuringaccurateintegration between DMS, CRM, and related systems. Develop customer insight and scoring models, including propensity-to-buy, value segmentation, and analysis of lapsed or lost opportunities to support commercial teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Digital, and Data teamsto deliver integrated CRM-led campaigns, targeted segmentation, and journey recommendations. Produce dashboards and performance reporting, continually optimising journeys, segmentation, and automation based on engagement data and insight trends. Ensure full compliance with GDPR, FCA, and internal governance,maintaininghigh standardsof data security, privacy, and ethical customer information use. About You: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data skills, comfortable working with large, complex customer and vehicle datasets whilemaintaininghigh data quality and governance standards. Expertisein designing, implementing, and optimising CRM and marketing automation journeys, including targeted segmentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Strong organisational, project management, and independent working skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive process improvements. Effective communicator and collaborator, with strong stakeholder management skills and confidence presenting insights to senior leaders across cross-functional teams.
