Daily Responsibilities:
* Manage Caseload: Handle a diverse caseload from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the firm's client-first philosophy
* Legal Support: Provide timely and reliable legal advice on various conveyancing matters
* Client Interaction: Create a welcoming environment for clients, fostering strong, first-name basis relationships
* Efficiency: Manage approximately 5 settlements per week, ensuring swift and accurate transaction completion
* Proactive Approach: Proactively manage client expectations and adopt a forward-thinking approach to tasks
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to the firm's overall success
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years of conveyancing experience
* Accreditation: Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal
* Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven
* People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and capable of working as part of a larger team across multiple locations
* Calm Under Pressure: Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
