We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beveridge Server to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
* Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
* Follow food safety regulations and hygiene procedures at all times
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
* Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally
* Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
* Experience in food preparation or culinary work is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
* Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
* Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
