As a Technical Project Manager -Aerospace and Defense in Keysight’s Aerospace & Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) group, you will lead a cross functional team of System, Mechanical and Software engineers in the development and delivery of custom test systems solutions that test our customer's unique products. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, supporting one or more customers. You will be expected to build strong trusted relationships with our customers ensuring we completely understand their needs and system requirements.
As a Project Manager you will assist our business development team in generating accurate and compelling proposals in the support of generating new business.
The Project Manager is responsible for:
 1. The successful execution of each project
 2. Requirement and design reviews
 3. Schedule management
 4. Resource requirements/estimation
 5. Risk management
 6. Product development
 7. Integration and test
 8. Delivery and post-delivery support
Qualifications
 9. BS or MS degree in an Engineering field is required
 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook and Project) is a must
 11. 8-10+ years of experience in a customer and factory facing role (Applications engineering, Product Mgmt, Product Development) is required
 12. Must have 3+ years as a Technical Project or Program Manager, leading cross functional teams
 13. Must have strong attention to detail to manage complex technical projects from requirements gathering to system deployment
 14. Experience with Proposal Development (RFQ/RFP/SOW)
 15. Ability to manage design reviews
 16. Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry is strongly preferred
 17. Working knowledge of RF and test systems is a plus
 18. Experience in developing custom test solutions is preferred
 19. Chosen candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate effectively with our team and our customers
 20. Candidate will require exceptional organizational skills and be comfortable working in an agile fast paced environment
 21. Based on Customer program requirements, Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a UK Govt Security Clearance for specific government contract requirements
