Role Overview
This is a 12-month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. The role is a senior marketer for Cathedral City, the UK’s favourite cheese brand, responsible for leading brand quality, innovation, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
* Act as custodian of quality across all brand touchpoints – from cheese and packaging to digital assets.
* Develop and track FY26/FY27 campaigns ensuring alignment with brand voice and key performance indicators such as share of voice, penetration and brand equity.
* Drive innovation by leading launches and co‑creating a 3‑year innovation pipeline informed by consumer insights and trends.
* Launch new products and support chilled licensing and branded partnerships, ensuring all NPD meets Cathedral City’s high‑quality standards.
* Monitor brand performance, identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations to drive growth.
* Contribute to financial planning through monthly A&P forecasting and input to the annual budget process.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, packaging, commercial and external partners to deliver initiatives that resonate with consumers and drive business impact.
* Support commercial teams with tailored rollout plans and compelling rationale to secure and grow listings.
* Equipped with strong commercial acumen and project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
