What You’ll Be Doing
🔧 Technical & Practical Experience
* Assist with assembly, maintenance, repair, and testing of engineering systems and equipment
* Carry out diagnostics and fault‑finding activities
* Support engineering improvements and project work
* Use tools, machinery, and specialist test equipment safely and effectively
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and records
📚 Learning & Development
* Attend college/training sessions and complete coursework
* Rotate across departments to broaden your knowledge
* Learn to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Gradually build the skills and confidence to work independently
🦺 Health, Safety & Quality
* Follow all health & safety procedures and safe working practices
* Assist with inspections and quality checks

Entry Requirements
Applicants Must
* Be 18 years or older
* Have one of the following:
o Three A Levels at Grade B (including Maths + one other STEM subject)
o BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering (DDM or above)
o T‑Level in Engineering or Manufacturing (Merit or Distinction)
* Be eligible to enrol on an approved engineering apprenticeship programme
* Have resided in the UK/EEA for at least 3 years and have the right to work in the UK
