Role Overview
We are looking for reliable, hardworking Night General Operatives to join our clients team during the Christmas peak. You will play a key role in the picking, packing, and sorting of fresh produce in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick and pack fresh produce orders according to supermarket specifications
* Sort, grade, and prepare products ready for dispatch
* Work efficiently to meet nightly targets and deadlines
* Maintain high standards of quality control and food safety
* Operate within a chilled warehouse environment
* Follow all health and safety procedures
* Keep work areas clean and organised
Requirements
* Ability to work night shifts and commit to the full Christmas peak period
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a fast pace
* Good attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a chilled environment
* Previous warehouse or fresh produce experience beneficial but not essential – full training provided
* Ability to work as part of a team
