The Opportunity:
In this role, you will playan important rolein supporting and motivating a team of Service& PartsAdvisors by settingobjectivesto maximiseperformance and profitability, in addition to managing a workshop to ensure that workshop efficiency and productivity rates are optimised. In this role, you will:
* Develop service& partsdepartment plans and budgets to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
* Maintain financial and operational controls within the department.
* Understand and report on key KPIs ina timelyandaccuratemanner.
* Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly and monies are recovered promptly.
* Respond swiftly to any customer complaints and ensuretimelyresolutions.
* Establish andmonitorthe teams training requirements to ensure the required level ofexpertiseis always achieved; and
* Work alongsideyourGeneral Managerto develop a strategy tomaintainthe long-term profitability of the department.
