Main Duties
* Provide safe, consistent 1:1 supervision and proactive risk management
* Support daily routines: play, activities, mealtimes, hygiene and transitions
* Support mobility needs linked to hemiplegia and AFO use (monitor comfort/fit)
* Follow epilepsy guidance, respond appropriately and record/report seizure activity
* Support behaviour using calm strategies, redirection and positive reinforcement
* Work professionally within parental consent, care plans and boundaries
* Work confidently alongside a specialist multidisciplinary team (MDT) (Case Manager, OT, PT, SALT)
* Provide light household support linked to the child's care and safety
Requirements
* Experience supporting children with complex needs/disability / neurological conditions
* Strong understanding of Child Safeguarding and duty of care
* Calm, consistent and confident approach within a busy family home
* Excellent communication and ability to follow care plans and MDT guidance
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to complete) + Right to work in the UK
Desirable: epilepsy experience, ABI/TBI experience, paediatric first aid, PBS experience.
