The right skills and experience:
Proven track record of success in contractual sales
Ability to organise, break down, and clearly articulate value add propositions in written form
Strong ability to take initiative and confidently manage customer interactions
Strong organisational and time management skills
Open to networking within and outside the organisation
Experience working with a CRM system and recording new business value
Exceptional communication skills
A history of presenting in front of high-end professionals
Strong negotiation techniques and the tenacity to 'keep going'.
A desire to succeed and develop others within the business
