Business Support Manager (Senior Operational Lead)


Location: Wimbledon, London (Hybrid)

Reporting to: Operations Director

Role Description: The Strategic \"Number Two\"

Are you a highly organised operations professional ready for a high-visibility leadership role? We are seeking a Senior Business Support Lead to act as the principal operational support to our Operations Director. You will be the designated second-in-command for day-to-day operational matters.


This is a pivotal role for a \"strong number two\" who will ensure our operational engine—spanning compliance, HR administration, and office functionality—runs with precision and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:


* Operations Leadership: Ensuring all company office locations remain fully functional while acting as the central coordination point across finance and delivery functions


* Quality & Compliance: Maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and leading all audits, including RSSB RISQS and Achilles UVDB


* HR Administration: Managing the end-to-end administrative lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, Right to Work) in liaison with external HR consultants


* Governance & Tenders: Administering operational registers and supporting tender submissions by coordinating essential compliance documentation


The Ideal Candidate:


* Experience: Strong background in operations, compliance, or business administration (Essential)
* Knowledge: Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience in HR Administration (Essential)
* Technical: Advanced MS 365 proficiency (SharePoint/Teams) with an interest in AI and automation (Desirable)
* Mindset: Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable acting as a senior representative of the business (Essential)
