The North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre is seeking to appoint a Radiotherapy Services Manager and Professional Lead Therapeutic Radiographer.
We seek a motivated, experienced individual to lead radiotherapy service delivery for North Wales patients.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of the radiotherapy department, managing approximately 50 staff, primarily radiographers.
The department is equipped with 3 Varian Truebeams (with C-Rad surface-guided systems), 1 Varian iX, and a Gulmay orthovoltage unit. We operate on Aria v17, utilizing Prosoma virtual simulation and Eclipse treatment planning systems. In April 2022, we installed a Canon Aquillion CT scanner. We are planning to replace two linacs, exploring adaptive solutions.
