This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior exhibition sales professional who's ready to take greater ownership, bring fresh ideas to the table, and step into a role with full strategic revenue responsibility, without moving into people management.

The show has a strong reputation and consistent success, but it continues to evolve year on year, meaning there’s genuine scope to grow revenue, introduce new ideas, and expand partnerships.
The Role
As Exhibition Sales Director, you will take full ownership of the exhibition stand revenue budget for this flagship event.
This role combines:
* Retaining and growing key high-spend exhibitor accounts
* Securing new business through your own network and industry contacts
* Working collaboratively with the new business team to drive additional growth
* Bringing strategic thinking to pricing, packaging, and commercial opportunities
Importantly, this is not a team management role. Instead, it’s about senior level commercial leadership, autonomy, and accountability for delivering and exceeding the event’s revenue targets.
You’ll report directly into the Portfolio Director and work closely with marketing, operations, and event management teams to maximise commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the full exhibition stand revenue budget
* Build long-term strategic partnerships with high spend exhibitors
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Utilise internal new business resource alongside your own network
* Introduce innovative commercial ideas to drive year-on-year growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exhibitor success and retention
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
* Contribute strategically to the long-term development of the event
