Private Client Solicitor – Leeds A leading law firm, recognised for its technical strength and market reputation, is seeking an accomplished Private Client Solicitor (8 years' PQE) to join its established Leeds team. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced practitioner ready to progress into a Managing Associate or Director role, advising a discerning client base that includes high net worth individuals and owner-managed businesses. The Role You will take responsibility for a complex and varied Private Client caseload while providing guidance, supervision and mentorship to Junior Lawyers. Your remit will include: Advising on sophisticated wills, trusts and estate planning matters, including inheritance tax planning and cross-border considerations Overseeing estate administration and advising on lasting powers of attorney Acting as a trusted strategic adviser, building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored, high-quality advice Collaborating with internal teams and external advisers on business succession planning, international asset structuring and HMRC compliance Playing an active role in business development through networking, referrals and relationship management About You You will bring: A minimum of 8 years' PQE in Private Client law, with demonstrable experience in complex estates and trust structures A strong understanding of how Private Client work interfaces with Corporate, Property and Family disciplines A proven history of advising high net worth individuals and business owners Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to distil complex legal issues into practical advice A commercial, proactive mindset with a strong focus on exceptional client service Why Apply?
