The Role:
Excellent customer service skills
Adept in building client relationships both in person and via CRM systems
You will be responsible for administration tasks in line with daily transactions
Handle queries and payments proficiently at the cash desk
Be a team player and aim to go above and beyond expectations
Participate in store opening and closing procedures

Able to travel to Bicester each day
Retail experience is a must
