Responsibilities
1. Project Oversight: Monitor the progress of ongoing cabling projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
2. Support to PMs and Site Leads: Act as a key point of coordination, offering day-to-day support with scheduling, document control, issue resolution, and task tracking.
3. Governance & Standards: Develop and maintain consistent PMO practices, templates, and documentation standards to ensure projects are delivered with consistency and compliance.
