We are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join our HR team in our Banbury office. Job Role
This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Administrators, Solicitors, and Directors.
Responsibilities
* To provide an excellent administrative service across the department
* To work as part of the HR team to provide a professional, high quality, timely, customer focused service
* To contribute to the on-going review and improvement of HR operational processes ensuring the delivery of a customer focused, added value service.
* To provide high quality HR administrative support across the full spectrum of HR administration, including:
* Recruitment Administration
* Right to Work checks
* General HR Administration
* Absence management administration
* Preparation and issue of contractual documentation
* Holiday and Absence recording
* Recruitment and selection administration
* Administration of performance management and improvement systems
* Arranging meetings
* Upkeep of electronically stored personal records
* Compliance with Data Protection Legislation
* To maintain confidentiality in all matters, adhering to Data Protection legislation at all times.
* To assist in the creation of Employee Wellbeing initiatives
* To have an understanding of how equality and diversity applies to the responsibilities of the role and to actively promote equality and diversity in all aspects of the role.
