Criminal Justice Support Worker

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to help vulnerable individuals take steps toward independence and stability. You’ll assess client needs, deliver tailored support plans, and work closely with partners such as the National Probation Service and Police. This role combines practical support, advocacy, and multi-agency collaboration to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with external agencies, including criminal justice services
Complete needs and risk assessments to create individual support plans
Advise clients to help them access services and accommodation
Ensure new clients understand their rights, responsibilities, and licence conditions
Contribute to record-keeping and reporting for partners and funders Requirements
Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required for travel)
Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
Experience supporting vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs and challenging behaviours Benefits
