Warehouse Team Leader (Audio / Sound Engineer)

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, 35 hours per week, plus progression, training and company benefits.

Are you an Audio or Sound Engineer from a live event or studio background? We are seeking a permanent team leadership or management role within a world‑class audio rental company known for excellent progression into senior management. This position offers opportunities to support global events, tours and festivals while working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

This market‑leading audio rental company provides audio systems for live events, including globally recognised artist tours, sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and festivals such as Glastonbury. With 45 years of experience and recent acquisition by a global audio company, the business now employs over 150 people and continues to grow.

In this varied role you will report to the Head of Department, oversee the flow of equipment inbound and outbound, manage a small team to agreed SLAs, handle equipment logistics, report damages, and supervise build, derigging and distribution. The position requires managing space and manpower within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a small team.
• Ensure high‑quality organisation and distribution of equipment.
• Build sound racks, derig and log damage.
• Work 35 hours per week with flexible days.
• Provide further progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in Audio or Sound Engineering.
• Seeking a Supervisor, Team Leader or Management position.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Able to commute to Weybridge.
