We are seeking an experienced and driven BREEAM assessor to join our expanding Environmental & Sustainability Services team.

Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
Managing and delivering sustainability assessments for a variety of projects.
Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support certifications and client requirements.
Engaging with clients and project teams to provide expert sustainability advice.
Conducting site visits and evaluations to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
Collaborating with colleagues in a hybrid working environment to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will:
Deliver BREEAM assessments, as well as CEEQUAL, HQM, WELL, and Fitwel assessments and certifications.
Conduct sustainability analysis and reporting, including Net Zero advice, Carbon Life Cycle assessments, and Pre & Post Occupancy evaluations.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on sustainability strategies and environmental performance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles into building designs and developments.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental assessment.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
A BSc degree in a relevant environmental or sustainability-focused subject.
Relevant BREEAM qualifications and memberships with professional bodies and societies.
Proven experience in environmental assessment methods, including BREEAM, WELL, CEEQUAL, LEED, and HQM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
