As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the UK and Ireland, you’ll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the UK&I businesses. You will also play part of the wider EMEA team, providing support to other European and MEA locations as required.

How you’ll make an impact
* Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
* Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
* Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
* Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
* Attract diverse talent through various channels.
* Actively develop and maintain external talent pipelines.
* Perform pre‑screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
* Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
Your background
* Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
* Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in‑house.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German is required.
* Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
* Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
* Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
* Expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
* Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
* The right to live and work in the UK or Ireland without restriction.
