We are looking to recruit a Production Administrator to join our team in Teesside (Newton Aycliffe) on a Fixed Term contract for 12 months. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Production function and Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers and emails
2. Answering calls from customers / site employees
3. Collating information for Production reports including site packs, build programmes, build status overviews and plots at risk
4. Maintaining information on our databases, systems and registers
REQUIREMENTS:
5. Experienced of working in a fast-paced, busy administrative environment
6. Able to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels
7. Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time
8. A strong knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
