Description
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims efficiently.
Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Set up new supplier bank accounts and review Credit Statements
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of audits.
Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance. i.e. AAT
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
