We are looking for a Contracts Officer to join our Commissioning and Contracts Team. In this role, you will manage contracts with various external providers of Alternative Education and Short Breaks. If you have a passion for improving services and a drive to make a positive impact, this is the opportunity for you! As a Contracts Officer, your key responsibilities will include: Managing contracts effectively to ensure compliance and quality. Conducting regular contract reviews and quality audits. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive service improvements. Designing services and creating service specifications. Undertaking commissioning activities to meet community needs. To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in developing and managing contracts. A solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions. Knowledge of customer care principles, budget management, commissioning, and procurement. A full, current driving licence. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders. A commitment to excellent customer care and service improvement.
