As our new RPO Account Co-ordinator, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment operations supporting our Recruitment Business Partners and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.

What You'll Do:
Support the candidate referral programme
Manage end-to-end recruitment administration
Create and release roles via our VMS system
Post job adverts internally and externally
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
Respond to queries and maintain accurate systems
Produce ad hoc reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong admin and coordination experience
Ideally some recruitment exposure
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Great communication skills and resilience
