Overview of the role The successful candidate will deliver high-quality sustainability, Net Zero, and energy efficiency consultancy advice for non-domestic buildings, estates, and cities. For this you will need experience and understanding of some of the following: Review design team plans for new/retrofit projects and guide them to achieve a more sustainable outcome; Act as sustainability advisor on large capital projects; Provide capital project support on certification (e.g. BREEAM, LEED) Support the development of business cases; Play a key role in managing projects, including client liaison, team resource coordination, and budget oversight; Review, analyse, and benchmark energy performance data; and Develop costed decarbonisation roadmaps for buildings/estates/cities and integrate them within Corporate Net Zero programmes and strategy;
