This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves shaping sales capability through impactful, data-driven learning experiences.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-impact enablement programs that help sellers perform at their best. If you’re passionate about sales excellence, skilled at simplifying complexity, and confident coaching frontline teams, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. New Hire Sales Onboarding (30%)

* Own, deliver, and continuously optimise onboarding for new EMEA sales hires.
* Build structured learning paths and facilitate sessions covering product knowledge, sales conversations, and methodology.
* Gather feedback and insights to refine and evolve the onboarding experience.

2. Call Reviews & Coaching (25%)

* Regularly review sales calls to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
* Partner with Sales Managers on call calibration sessions to drive consistent coaching quality.
* Analyse call trends and recommend targeted training initiatives.

3. Sales Skills Development (20%)

* Design and facilitate training sessions covering prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, and closing.
* Reinforce learning through workshops, role plays, coaching, and practical application.
* Tailor content to the organisation’s sales motion and customer needs.

4. Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning (15%)

* Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver timely product and feature updates.
* Build and maintain learning resources that help sellers stay confident and informed.
* Align with global enablement to ensure consistent and relevant content across regions.

5. Run-the-Business Enablement Operations (10%)

* Track and report on enablement activity, engagement, and outcomes.
* Manage documentation, schedules, and cross-functional alignment.
* Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and global enablement peers.

What You Bring

Core Skills

* Exceptional communication: clear, concise, and impactful across all audiences.
* Consultative mindset: able to diagnose root causes through questioning, listening, and curiosity.
* Influencing ability: trusted by sellers, managers, and senior stakeholders, even without direct authority.
* Data literacy: comfortable using data, insights, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
* Proactive problem-solver: identifies opportunities for improvement and acts quickly.
* AI literacy: familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for helping teams adopt new technologies.

Experience

* Experience in Sales Enablement, ideally within a SaaS environment.
* Background in sales or coaching sellers; experience with marketing-related solutions is a plus.
* Proven track record designing and delivering end-to-end enablement programs.
* Hands-on experience supporting both sellers and sales managers.
* Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED, value selling).
* Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed or global organisations.

Who You Are

* Confident, credible, and composed when engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Skilled at articulating enablement outcomes, what you built, why it mattered, and the measurable impact.
* Able to diagnose capability gaps and translate insights into practical action.
* Thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
* Collaborative, inclusive, and effective working with culturally diverse teams.
