As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll receive extensive support and training to develop your leadership potential. With a solid foundation in customer service, sales, finance, logistics, and people management, you'll progress towards a branch manager role within two years.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and resolving enquiries.
* Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
* Understand financial performance, including profit and loss, and identify cost control opportunities.
* Manage fleet operations, planning and driving operational efficiency.
* Lead and mentor a team, fostering growth and managing progression opportunities.
Qualifications
* Performance assessed solely on competencies; socioeconomic background, university or subject studied are not considered.
* Not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker system; role not listed on Home Office RQF Level 6 approved sponsorship list.
