A great Deputy Manager opportunity is now available for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) at a luxury care home in South-East London.

As the Deputy Manager, you will be the home’s Clinical Lead. You’ll assist with the home’s operations, monitoring quality and compliance, and oversee the delivery of optimal nursing care so that each resident experiences the very quality of life possible.

Person specification:
(Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
(Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
(Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, supporting the development of a clinical team
